1. In same cases the administrator has the right to pass Your personal data to other receivers in case to successfully fulfil the signed agreement and administrative obligations. It refers to:

2. Your personal data is processed only as long as it is necessary for fulfilling the agreement. For marketing purposes the data is processed no longer than tree years.

- the access to Your personal data,
- the data changing,
- the data removal,
- the limitation of the processing,
- moving of the data.

You have the right to submit the objection to the data processing given in 3.3 c) for the administrator interests including profiling, despite the situation when the data processing is legal and essential for justified interests, rights and freedoms, especially in case of arrangement, execution and defending claims.

6. Giving personal data is voluntary but essential for service.
7. The automatic decision making including profiling is possible and concerns any service in accordance to signed agreement and direct marketing.

V. Information included in forms.

1. The personal data is gathered voluntarily, if given.
2. The data like time and IP can be saved.
3. In some cases the e-mail address of the user can be saved to enable contact. It is then written in url address of the form.
4. The data signed in the form is processed according to that form functionality e.g. service of the reclamation, trading contact, service registration. In every case the purpose of the form is presented.

1. All the information concerning users behaviour on the web page may be logged. They are used to administrate the service.

VII. Significant marketing techniques.

1. The operator uses statistical analysis with Google Analytics (Google Inc, USA) without transferring any personal data. The service uses cookie files on end user computer. The user can view and edit gathered information about his preferences on: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
2. The operator is using re-marketing techniques that allows to adapt advertising to on the web site behaviour. No personal data is transferred to advertising operators. Cookie files service must be turned on.
3. The operator uses Facebook pixel that acknowledges Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) that the user is registered in the service. No personal data is transferred to Facebook, it uses only internal data. The service is based upon cookie files installed on end user computer.
4. The automatic service is used for contacting the user only if the agreement has been signed.

1. Service is using cookie files.
2. Cookie files are informational data, also text files that are stored in the end user computer and are used to visit the web site. Cookie files usually contain name of the web site, storage duration and unique number.
3. The cookie files are stored by the service operator.
4. The cookie files are used for:
- keeping logged session of the user active to avoid logging in on every separate site.

7. Every limitations of usage of the cookie files can impact web site functionality.

1. If the user does not want to store cookie files the settings of the web browser can be changed. We inform that very limitations of usage of the cookie files can impact or even preclude web site functionality.
